高精度数控旋切机控制系统设计
摘要
聚四氟乙烯,一般称作“不粘涂层”,是一种使用了氟取代聚乙烯中所有
氢原子的人工合成高分子材料。这种材料具有抗酸抗碱、抗各种有机溶剂的特
点,几乎不溶于所有的溶剂。同时化学稳定性﹑电绝缘性﹑润滑性自润滑性和
耐大气老化性能优良,不燃性能良好,力学强度较高。具有塑料中最耐化学腐
蚀,最佳介电性能和宽广工作温度范围等性能。由于这些特点,使得正聚四氟
乙烯在生产生活中应用十分广泛。
现在工业生产的聚四氟乙烯薄膜都是用旋切机通过加工成为薄膜,加工聚
四氟乙烯的旋切机都是改装过的木工旋切机,木板旋切的精度,厚度要求不高,
用机械控制的旋切机加工很难达到要求,并且这种旋切的结构很复杂,都是由
齿轮等机械零件组织传动的,多的达到了 7 级传动,组装和润滑要求很高,加
工出来的聚四氟乙烯薄膜质量不高,成本效率低。
本文所要研究的内容是:高精度数控旋切机自动控制系统,它是一个完全抛
弃原有机械式或开关量式的数字化系统。由可编程控制器 PLC 完成旋切刀具进
给量的精确控制,将原来用凸轮完成的工作交给了高性能的 PLC 完成,这大大
提高了控制精度。设计通过 PLC 技术和传感技术对聚四氟乙烯的从上料到切断
完全实现了机电一体化和自动控制,提高了传动的精确性,也为加工的均匀,
厚度提供了保障,同时减轻了工人调试安装的工作量,实现自动化操作,提高
了生产效率。

Abstract
PTFE, commonly known as "non stick coating", is a use of the fluorine
substituted all hydrogen atoms in polyethylene synthetic polymer materials. This
material has the advantages of acid alkali, resistance to various characteristics of
organic solvents, insoluble in all solvents. At the same time, chemical stability,
electrical insulation, lubrication self-lubricating property and corrosion resistance
performance, not burning performance is good, high mechanical strength. With plastic
in the resistance to chemical corrosion, the best dielectric properties and wide
working temperature range Etc. Because of these characteristics, the PTFE is widely
used in the production and life.
Now the teflon film industry are using rotary cutting machine through processing
to become film, processing PTFE rotary cutting machine is modified wood rotary
cutting machine, wood peeling precision, thickness requirements is not high, it is
difficult to meet the requirements of cutting machine processing machinery and
control of rotary, structure and the rotary cutting very complex, are composed of gears
and other mechanical components organization drive, more than 7 transmission,
assembly and lubrication requirements are high, the teflon film quality produced is
not high, cost low efficiency.
The research content of this paper is: automatic control system for high precision
NC lathe, it is an abandoned the original mechanical or switch type full digital system.
Precise control is achieved by programmable controller PLC rotary cutter feed, the
original cam completed work to the high performance of PLC, which greatly
improves the control precision. Design by PLC technology and sensor technology of
polytetrafluoroethylene from expected cut completely realizes electromechanical
integration and automatic control, to improve the precision of the transmission, but
also for the processing of uniform thickness, provided a guarantee, while reducing the
workload of workers installation commissioning, realize automation, improve
production efficiency
