某邮轮排烟系统的设计

摘 要
排烟系统直接影响到全船的动力性、经济性和舒适性，邮轮的排烟系统将邮
轮动力设备排放的废气经过锅炉排放至大气中，同时起到降低排气噪声的作用，
因此，排烟系统在邮轮的航行和设备的运行中起着重要的作用。本文以某邮轮为
研究对象，意在按照船东任务书设计出一个完整的排烟系统，从设计思路、设备
的选取与计算、图纸绘画等方面对排烟系统做一个总体概述。在满足国际公约和船
级社规范的前提下，以一个造船人的视角，根据设计手册选取各个设备的参数，
对参数进行分析计算，选取合适的柴油机、发电机、主机；然后计算出各个设备的
排气量、废气的流速，排气管道的直径，选取合适的排气管路材料，对管路进行
整体设计，最终利用 AUTO-CAD 软件绘制出可以实际使用的邮轮排烟系统图。

ABSTRACT
The smoke exhaust system directly affects the power, economy and comfort of the
whole ship. The smoke exhaust system of the cruise ship emits the exhaust gas
discharged by the cruise ship equipment into the atmosphere through the boiler, and
plays the role of reducing the exhaust noise. Therefore, the smoke exhaust system plays
an important role in the navigation of the cruise ship and the operation of the
equipment. This paper takes a cruise ship as the research object, aiming to design a
complete smoke exhaust system according to the ship owner mission book, and makes a
general overview of the smoke exhaust system from the aspects of design ideas,
drawing and painting, calculation and actual operation. On the premise of meeting the
international convention and classification society specifications, select the parameters
of the design equipment, select the appropriate diesel engine, the diameter of the
exhaust pipe, and finally draw the smoke exhaust system diagram that can be actually
used using the AUTO-CAD software.
