摘要

通过查阅资料知晓国内外垃圾压装机的种类和装置结构以及近年来的发展状况，

近两个世纪以来，随着科技的不断发展以及经济的快速崛起，城市化建设进程不断推

进，当今电商行业的崛起，更是加大了人们的消费能力，产生的大量城市垃圾如何正

确处理，成为了当下需要面对的新问题，而垃圾压装机在垃圾处理过程中具备重大作

用。

因此在此次设计中，首先要查阅资料先初步了解水平直压式垃圾压装机的液压系

统，明白液压系统中各装置的运动顺序，明白水平直压式垃圾压装机的原理和液压系

统的构造，选取方案进行参考和比较，之后结合要求得出初步方案和液压元件设计，

并对设计方案的每个元件进行计算和选型，最后得出本次设计方案，然后需要用二维

图设计软件 Auto CAD 来绘制所选择零件的二维图。

综上所述水平直压式垃圾压装机对于垃圾处理具有重大意义，而液压系统是水平

直压式垃圾压装机的核心之一，所以设计一个完善的液压系统很有必要。

Abstract
