3D PRINTING INTETIOR TRASH CAN STRUCTURE DESIGN
ABSTRACT
This paper aims to design a 3D printed bin structure suitable for use in the car. Firstly,
by analyzing the existing types and structural design of the dustbin inside the car, the
design direction and requirements are determined. Then, software such as Solidworks is
used for 3D modeling, and 3D printing technology is used for manufacturing. In the
research process, the emphasis is on the structural design of the trash can and the design
method of 3D printing parts. Through this design and research, the functional requirements
of the interior trash can can be realized, and the advantages of 3D printing technology, such
as personalized customization, rapid manufacturing, etc. The innovation of the design is
that it combines the characteristics of the interior space of the car and 3D printing
technology, and puts forward a new type of garbage bin design scheme, which can
effectively solve the problem of garbage disposal in the car, meet the market demand, and
has a high application prospect.
Through this design research, a 3D printing trash can structure suitable for the car was
successfully designed. The structure design takes into account the space characteristics and
use needs of the car, and has high practicability and maneuverability. The use of 3D
printing technology can realize the personalized customization and rapid manufacturing of
the trash can structure, which provides a new solution for the garbage management in the
car.
