摘要：本文介绍了一种下肢协助式康复装置的设计与结构优化，包括固定架、橡胶杆、支撑板和放置

架，所述固定架上焊接固定有坐板，且坐板上焊接固定有靠板，所述坐板上焊接固定有第一驱动电机，

且第一驱动电机的输出端转动连接有往复丝杆，并且往复丝杆上焊接有第一锥形齿轮，所述第一锥形

齿轮上啮合连接有第二锥形齿轮，且第二锥形齿轮焊接在固定轴上。该下肢协助式康复装置设置有支

撑板，在往复丝杆转动的同时能够带动衔接板进行往复运动，此时轮齿板能够带动两侧的第一圆形齿

轮同时进行往复转动工作，连接轴通过支撑板能够带动固定板上放置的患者的腿部进行稳定的往复分

合工作，进而能够保证患者腿部康复工作的稳定性。通过优化设计，提高了装置的稳定性和使用效率，

为康复训练提供了可靠支持。

Abstract ：This paper introduces the design and structure optimization of a lower extremity assisted

rehabilitation device, comprising a fixed frame, a rubber rod, a support plate and a placing frame, a sitting

plate is welded and fixed on the fixed frame, a supporting plate is welded and fixed on the sitting plate, a first

driving motor is welded and fixed on the sitting plate, the output end of the first driving motor is rotatably

connected with a reciprocating screw rod, a first bevel gear is welded on the reciprocating screw rod, a

second bevel gear is meshed and connected with the first bevel gear, and the second bevel gear is welded on

the fixed shaft. This lower limb assisted rehabilitation device is provided with a support plate, the adapter

plate can be driven to carry out reciprocating motion while the reciprocating screw rod rotates, the gear tooth

plate can drive the first circular gear of both sides to carry out reciprocating rotation work simultaneously, the

connecting shaft can drive the leg of the patient placed on the fixed plate to carry out stable reciprocating and

closing work through the support plate, and then the stability of the patient's leg rehabilitation work can be

guaranteed.
