CW-200K转向架的三维结构设计及强度分析-车辆工程专业原创论文
摘 要
随着我国铁路事业的快速发展,对客车运行平稳性、安全性、舒适性的要求也越
来越高,为适应我国铁路发展的需要,长春客车股份有限公司在吸取了国内外动车组
和高速列车研制经验的基础上,综合我国的铁路发展的实际情况,研制出了 CW-200K
型转向架。现已在各路局和既有线路上大批量应用。因此,对列车转向架构架的强度
及刚度进行深入研究是十分必要的。同时,为了降低车辆的运行能耗及制造成本,在
保证列车安全性的前提下,对其进行强度分析和结构优化也是一个重要的研究方向。
根据铁路车辆机械加工工艺规程和 CW-200K 铁路客车转向架图集,对转向架零部
件进行机械加工工艺分析的基础上,运用 SolidWorks 三维仿真软件,通过拉伸基体、
旋转基体、拉伸旋转切除、薄壁特征、加强筋、镜像、特征阵列以及打孔等高级命令
操作,完成了 CW-200K 型客车转向架各零部件的三维实体建模,然后根据建好的三维
实体模型完成了转向架各主要部件及转向架整体的的虚拟装配。
本文以 CW-200K 转向架构架为研究对象,对 CW-200K 型转向架构架的强度及刚
度进行深入研究。在 SolidWorks 三维建模软件中完成建模和转向架的虚拟装配过程中。
完成了对 CW-200K 转向架各零部件的设计、制造加工、组装规程和机车车辆各零件的
机械加工工艺和各构件的组装工艺的优化设计。

Abstract
With the rapid development of high-speed railways, due to the improvement of its
carrying capacity and speed, its safety problems have also attracted increasing attention. As
the core component of high-speed railway, the bogie structure not only bears the role of
factors such as the heavy load of the vehicle itself and the uneven track, but also its bearing
capacity is very complex. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct an in depth analysis of the
structural strength and stiffness of the vehicle bogie. At the same time, in order to reduce the
energy consumption and production costs of the car, the structural strength of the vehicle is
analyzed to ensure its safety performance.
According to the manufacturing technical specifications of the CW-200K train bogie,
combined with the processing process of the CW-200K railway bus bogie parts, solidWorks
3D simulation software is used to model the various parts of the CW-200K bus bogie in three
dimensions, and utilize it Solidworks 3D simulation realizes the virtual assembly of the whole
vehicle and the whole vehicle. the processing technology of wheels, axles, and wheel pairs in
actual production is also analyzed.
This paper takes the CW-200K bogie frame as the research object. SolidWorks 3D
modeling software CW-200K automotive bogie. Familiar with the design, manufacture,
assembly process and assembly process of CW-200K bogie. The individual components of
the rolling stock are machined and the assembly process of the individual components is
carried out in detail.
