在当前工程车辆行业的蓬勃发展之下,消费者对于车辆的安全性能和驾驶
舒适度给予了极高的关注。为了确保车辆在复杂多变的路况下能够稳定、安全
地行驶,自动防滑差速系统成为了行业的创新焦点。然而,不容忽视的是,自
动防滑差速系统的轮速检测装置设计在实际应用中仍面临一些挑战,如检测精
度有待提升、响应速度稍显迟缓等,这些问题无疑对自动防滑差速系统的整体
性能造成了不小的影响。
因此,本文专门对自动防滑差速系统的轮速检测装置设计进行了深入研究
首先,我们对自动防滑差速系统的工作原理进行了详细剖析,从而明确了轮速
检测装置在系统中所扮演的重要角色。随后,我们选择了单片机成为控制核心
设计了轮速系统的电路,旨在优化其性能与效果。

ABSTRA
In the context of the rapid development of the current construction vehicle
industry, the safety performance and driving comfort of vehicles have become the
focus of consumers' attention. In order to improve the driving stability and safety of
the vehicle in complex road conditions, the automatic anti-skid differential system
came into being. However, in practical application, there are certain problems in the
design of the wheel speed detection device of the automatic anti-slip differential
system, such as low detection accuracy and slow response speed, which seriously
affect the performance of the automatic anti-skid differential system.
Therefore, this paper studies the design of wheel speed detection device for
automatic anti-skid differential system. In this paper, the working principle of the
automatic anti-skid differential system is analyzed, and the key role of the wheel
speed detection device in the system is clarified. Secondly, with the single-chip
microcomputer as the control core, the functional circuits of each part of the anti-slip
system are designed.
In order to monitor the required data, a control interface was developed based on
Labwindows/CVI, and the data display was realized by serial communication. After
many experiments, it has been proved that the design of the wheel speed detection
circuit is reasonable and feasible, and the device has high detection accuracy and
response speed, which is enough to accurately measure the required data, and realizes
the real-time monitoring of wheel speed. To sum up, this paper proposes a practical
scheme for the design of wheel speed detection device for automatic anti-skid
differential system, which has certain guiding significance for the technological
innovation of the automobile industry.
