本研究旨在设计一种桌面式小尺寸零件精度检测装置,以提升零件检测效率和质
量。考虑到轴类零件检测的复杂性,本研究采用了光学技术和机电结合的方法,设计
了一种高精度的检测装置,旨在解决目前零件检测工作中存在的不足,并提升检测效
率和精度。本研究采用了结构设计和工程技术相结合的方法。首先通过分析现有零件
检测过程中存在的问题和不足,确定了设计方向。然后充分利用机电、光电等领域的
知识,设计了一种集成光学技术的检测装置。在设计过程中,采用了三爪卡盘及顶尖
结构进行定位处理,配合高精度的数据采集设备和光栅传感器,实现了全方位、高效
率的零件检测。
通过本设计研究,成功开发出一种桌面式小尺寸零件精度检测装置,实现了零件检
测的自动化和高精度化。该装置结构紧凑,使用方便,并能够满足一般机械加工车间
的零件检测需求。同时,通过光学技术的应用,提高了检测精度和效率,为市场需求
提供了可靠的解决方案。

Now our national independent industry standard development work is relatively fast,
many of the original processing and design standards are implemented in accordance with
international standards, but with the continuous improvement of our country's technical
level, independent determination of standards is no longer an empty talk, for the current part
testing process, Whether it can achieve a good detection effect is very important. In the
current parts detection work, the detection work of shaft parts is relatively complicated,
because the error of shaft not only affects the subsequent use effect, but also the accuracy
detection of shaft itself is difficult to implement. This can also see the importance of the
current design and research of shaft parts testing devices. In this paper, the structure of the
desktop small size parts accuracy detection device was designed, through the now more
common parts detection process, to determine the shortcomings of the current parts detection
work, how to improve the quality and efficiency of the detection is the focus of this design,
in the design, make full use of electromechanical, photoelectric and other aspects of
knowledge, Through optical technology to detect the processing of the whole part, the
accuracy of this detection is relatively high, the signal after the completion of the detection is
calculated and processed by the computer, to be analyzed, to determine whether the
corresponding processing technical requirements are met, and to display through the
corresponding display device, so that the operator can more intuitively understand the
detection results. The three-jaw chuck and the top structure are used to locate the device that
needs to be detected, and because the detection is all-round, a special grating sensor structure
is arranged in the three directions, and the high-precision data acquisition card is used for
data acquisition, and the communication between the PC and the data acquisition device is
realized by using the USB interface, and the parts are automatically judged to be qualified. It
can realize efficient and automatic testing of shaft parts and meet the testing needs of general
machining workshops. In this paper, the desktop small size parts accuracy detection device is
divided into four main parts, including power system, grating detection device and sliding
table device, and the design ideas of each part are discussed. In the design, according to the
