基于学生为中心的《自动变速器》电控系统微课设计与开发

摘 要
在“互联网+ ”和“后疫情”双重标签的时代大背景下,新型教学方式——
“微课”,继承了传统教学中的优点,又弥补了其缺陷。但目前关于职业技能教
育的微课资源建设和理论实践少之又少,无法使学生积极有效的进行自主性学习。
同时,汽车机电一体化高新技术含量进步提升,汽车电控技术日趋精密复杂。对
自动变速器电控系统的微课设计与开发,不仅符合时代背景,而且更有助于进行
针对性时效地学习,提升专业技能与理论知识,促进当今汽车专业教学的发展。
本研究选取“基于学生为中心的《自动变速器》电控系统微课设计与开发”为研
究对象,采用了基于文献资料研究、微课教学典例学习、调查问卷与访谈、微课
实践探究等方法,对概念理论界定,并分析调研后,从微课视频、教案等一系列
教学资源的制作过程中,以学生为中心,总结教学过程与体验,分析阐述实践中
的策略和效果,最后对职业教育微课设计与开发做出科学的总结和展望。研究结
果表明,在基于以学生为中心的交互式微课模式下,学生作为学习活动的中心,
进行个性化自主学习的积极性要比在传统教学环节中更强,对理解概念、思维方
式、学习态度和迎合个性等方面具有积极的影响,可以提升自主学习兴趣性和效
率性,从而带来符合大时代背景、更为优质教学资源与体验。

ABSTRACT
In
the
context of the era
of "Internet+" and "post-epidemic"
dual labels, the
new
teaching method-"micro-class", inherits the advantages of traditional teaching and
makes
up for its
shortcomings. However, there are very few
micro-course resources
construction and theoretical
practice on
vocational
skills education at
present, which
cannot
enable students
to actively and effectively carry
out autonomous
learning.
At
the same time, the
high-tech
content of
automotive mechatronics has
improved, and
automotive electronic control technology has become more
sophisticated and complex.
The micro-course
design and development of
the
automatic transmission
electronic
control
system
not only conforms
to
the
background
of the
times, but also helps to
carry out targeted and
time-effective
learning, improve professional
skills and
theoretical knowledge, and promote the development of today's automotive
professional teaching. This research selects "student-centered
"automatic transmission"
electronic control system micro-course design and development" as the research object,
using
literature-based data research, micro-class teaching
model study, questionnaires
and interviews, micro-class practice exploration, etc. Method, define the concept
theory, and analyze and investigate, from the production process of a series of teaching
resources such as micro-class videos and teaching plans, take the student as the center,
summarize the teaching process and
experience, analyze

explain the
strategies

effects in practice, and
finally The design

micro-courses make a scientific summary and prospect.
This research
finally shows
that under the student-centered
interactive micro-learning mode,
students
as the
center
of learning
activities
are more enthusiasm for
individualized and
autonomous learning
than in traditional teaching links, and they are more effective in understanding
concepts, ways of thinking, and
learning. Attitudes
and catering to personality have
a
positive impact, which can enhance the interest and efficiency of independent learning,
thereby bringing better quality teaching resources and experience in line with the
background of the times.
