论文题目汽车机械转向系统的设计

摘要

根据选定的毕设题目，设计题目要求对汽车转向系统进行合理的设计与分析。

对照参考车型，选择齿轮齿条式转向器为本次设计的重点，对比分析后采取整体式

转向梯形结构。首先对汽车转向系统进行概述，并对其进行了详尽的分类与叙述，

二是概述机械转向系统的性能要求和相关的参数，三是对选定的转向器总体方案进

行初步设计，四是对选定的齿轮齿条式转向器进行合理的设计五是齿轮轴的设计，

六是对转向传动机构进行设计。本课题的主要目的是对挑选出的齿轮 -齿条式转向系

统及其传动装置进行周密的构思和评估。并且依照设计说明书规定，利用相应的计

算机程序，草绘部件的二维图解和整体的三维装配图。

关键词：转向系统；齿轮齿条式转向器；整体式转向梯形

Design of automobile mechanical steering system

Abstract

According to the selected topics, the design requirements of the car steering system

for a reasonable design and analysis. comparing to the reference car models, Selecting the

gear rack-type steering gear for the design of the focus. After the comparative analysis to

take the overall steering trapezoidal structure. First of all,the vehicle steering system is

outlined, and takes detailed classification and narrative for it. The second is an overview of

the mechanical steering system performance requirements and related parameters.

Third,the overall design of the selected steering gear is designed. Fourth, the selected rack

and pinion steering gear for a reasonable design and verification. Fifth is the design of the

gear shaft. The last one is the design of the steering gear. This study centers on the

systematic development and examination of the chosen rack and pinion steering gear along

with the steering transmission system. Ultimately, following the directives outlined in the

design project brief, pertinent software is employed to create both two-dimensional

component layouts and three-dimensional assembled illustrations.
