摘 要
气缸体是汽车发动机中基础气缸和骨架,同时又是发动机的装配基准,发动机各
机构和系统的零部件都安装在其内部和外部,气缸体的作用是支撑和保护活塞,连杆,
曲轴等运动部件工作时的准确位置;保证发动机换气,冷却润滑,提供各种辅助系统,
提供部件及发动机的安装基面。气缸体的工作条件十分恶劣。他要承受燃烧过程中压力
和温度的急剧变化以及活塞运动的强烈摩擦。气缸的工艺特点是:结构形状复杂,加工
平面孔多,内部空腔壁,厚不均匀,刚度低,加工精度要求高,属于典型的箱体类加
工气缸体。
首先对于零件上的一些主要加工表面,通过阅读大量专业资料确定了其加工工艺,
确保达到零件的精度要求,对于所涉及的尺寸公差也是通过各种详细的计算而得来。
了给加工零件提供完整的书面说明,在本说明书中还对气缸体的作用及工作环境做了
详细的介绍,对于所涉及到的参考文献也详尽列出。最后,对于在加工过程中所用到的
夹具设计原则也有所阐述,并给出了一套夹具设计方案。

Abstract
