摘 要
本文研究的内容是窗户清洁机器人结构的创新设计方法,首先对市场上畅销的窗户清洁机器人
结构设计进行分类汇总,找出各自的应用场景及优缺点,对其结构特点进行整合后加以创新,主要
包括总体尺寸、运动原理、功能性、成本等因素的平衡,利用有限的成本力求将同级别产品的各项
性能指标进行超越,并逐个罗列该设计对比同级别产品的优势。主要创新的亮点为以摆臂式结构组
合旋转关节可以实现以摆臂式运动跨越结构针对框、梃、扇梃组合的边界进行跨越。并以对称排布
的思想对整个结构及重量分配上进行对称化布置设计,结构简洁无明显短板。
本文最后得到的创新设计方法可以在不同的窗型需求下进行客制化调整,能够实现针对不同窗
型尺寸的可跨越擦拭功能。

ABSTRACT
The content of this paper is the innovative design method of the window cleaning robot
structure. Firstly, the structural design of the best-selling window cleaning robot in the market
is classified and summarized, their application scenarios, advantages and disadvantages are
found out, and their structural characteristics are integrated and innovated, mainly including
the balance of overall size, motion principle, functionality, cost and other factors, Make use of
the limited cost, strive to surpass the performance indexes of products of the same level, and
list the advantages of the design one by one compared with products of the same level. The
highlight of the main innovation is that the swing arm structure is combined with the rotary
joint, which can realize the swing arm motion crossing structure to cross the boundary of the
combination of frame, stile and fan stile. The symmetrical layout design of the whole
structure and weight distribution is carried out with the idea of symmetrical layout, and the
structure is simple without obvious short board.
The innovative design method obtained at the end of this paper can be customized and
adjusted under different window types, and can realize the leapfrog wiping function for
different window types.
