摘 要
马铃薯去皮是马铃薯深加工的重要环节,虽然采用机械化方法,但仍面临人工
高、效率低等问题。针对这种情况,我公司结合现有的生产技术和市场的需求,开发
了新型的马铃薯去皮机。该装置根据摩擦原理,设计巧妙,简单、安全、耐用。设备
主要由电气设备、传输设备和存储设备组成。电机驱动一阶减速机使滚刷和齿轮机旋
转。原料从进料口进入滚筒。通过摩擦将机壳移开,物料从排料口卸出。通过对现有
设备的深入数据分析、方案研究和精确计算,保证了去皮机高效稳定运行。采用这种
方法,剥皮过程可以更加机械化,不仅可以提高生产效率,还可以大大节省劳动力。
该设施将对我国马铃薯深加工产业的发展起到积极的推动作用。

ABSTRACT
Peeling is a crucial step in the deep processing of potatoes. Although mechanized
methods are adopted, issues such as high labor costs and low efficiency still exist. To address
this, our company has developed a new potato peeler based on existing production technology
and market demand. This device, designed with clever simplicity, safety, and durability
according to the friction principle, mainly consists of electrical equipment, transmission
equipment, and storage equipment. The motor drives the first-stage reducer to rotate the roller
brush and gear mechanism. Raw materials enter the drum through the feed inlet, and the peels
are removed through friction before the materials are discharged from the discharge outlet.
Through in-depth data analysis, scheme research, and precise calculations of existing
equipment, we have ensured the efficient and stable operation of the peeler. By adopting this
method, the peeling process can be more mechanized, not only improving production
efficiency but also significantly saving labor. This facility will play a positive role in
promoting the development of the potato deep processing industry in China..
