摘要
针对毛坯件柱面打磨过程中存在的精度控制难、打磨效率低和自动化水平不高
等问题,本文设计了一种针对性的柱面打磨机。设计采用了先进的工艺流程优化技
术,通过系统分析毛坯件的材质特性与打磨需求,确定了适合的打磨刷种类(包含
纤维打磨刷、钢丝打磨刷、砂纸轮)和粒度(#200, #400, #600)以实现最优的打磨
效果。电动机的选择考虑了电机类型(AC 伺服电动机、步进电动机、直流无刷电
动机)与输出功率(1.5-3kW)、转速(300-1500 rpm)的平衡,确保了打磨动作
的精准与高效。对于柱面打磨的运动部分设计,侧重于 X轴进给系统设计的精度
与自动调节压力机构,此外,针对棒料支撑从动转辊的设计注重了转辊材质(使用
滚珠轴承和高强度材质)与防振结构的优化。端面打磨采用圆盘式或刀片式打磨头
设计,配合精细可调的气缸式或液压式顶出装置,保障了端面打磨的均匀性与精
度。在控制系统方面,选用了 S7-1500 PLC 和相对应的伺服驱动器作为核心控制单
元,配合高效的 PID 调节器和人机界面(HMI),为打磨机的自动化操作提供了强有
力的支持。各部件设计均基于对打磨机械稳定性、耐用性及易操作性的综合考虑。
此外,机器框架设计在湿式打磨与封闭式结构上下功夫,以实现防尘、降噪的目
的。经过对设计方案的模拟分析与实地测试,确证毛坯件柱面打磨机在技术性能与
实用性上具有显著优势,该机器不但能够显著提升打磨精度和效率,更因其优雅的
工业设计在用户体验上获得提升,为类似棒料打磨设备的设计和制造提供了新思路
和范例。

Abstract
Addressing the challenges associated with precision control, low grinding
efficiency, and limited automation in the cylindrical grinding process of workpiece
blanks, this paper introduces a tailor-made cylindrical grinding machine. The design
incorporates advanced process optimization technology. By systemically analyzing the
material characteristics and grinding requirements of the workpiece blanks, appropriate
grinding brush types (including fiber brushes, wire brushes, and sandpaper wheels) and
grit sizes (#200, #400, #600) have been selected to achieve optimal grinding results. The
choice of the electric motor took into account a balance between motor type (AC servo
motor, stepper motor, DC brushless motor) and output power (1.5-3kW), speed (300-
1500 rpm) to ensure precise and efficient grinding action. For the design of the motion
system for cylindrical grinding, emphasis was placed on the precision of the X-axis feed
system and an automatic pressure adjustment mechanism. Additionally, the design for
driven support rollers for rod stock emphasized the use of materials for the rollers (ball
bearings and high-strength materials) and an optimized anti-vibration structure. End-face
grinding utilizes either disc-style or blade-style grinding heads, in tandem with fine-
adjustable pneumatic or hydraulic pusher devices to ensure uniformity and accuracy in
end-face grinding. In the control system aspect, an S7-1500 PLC and corresponding servo
drivers were selected as the core control units, complemented by efficient PID regulators
and Human Machine Interface (HMI), providing robust support for the automated
operation of the grinding machine. All components were designed with overall
considerations for the machine's stability, durability, and ease of operation. Moreover, the
machine frame design focused on wet grinding and enclosed structures to achieve dust
prevention and noise reduction. Through simulation analysis and field testing of the
design, it has been confirmed that the cylindrical grinding machine for workpiece blanks
offers significant technical performance and practical advantages. Not only does the
machine substantially improve grinding precision and efficiency, but its elegant industrial
design enhances user experience. It provides new ideas and examples for the design and
manufacturing of similar bar stock grinding equipment.
