采煤机电控系统的优化升级设计研究
    摘要:电控系统作为采煤机中重要系统,其性能的稳定性直接关系到采煤机开采效率和企
业的经济效益,不断加大对采煤机电控系统综合性能的研究,已成为当下发展的重要方向。在
采煤机电控系统工作原理分析基础上,从电控系统总体方案、CPU 核心控制单元、电源模块、
遥控器程序等方面,开展了电控系统了总体设计研究,并将其在淮北矿业中采煤机上进行了应
用测试,测试结果表明,该电控系统运行良好,功能更加全面,能对采煤机工作过程中的各类
状态信息进行准确检测和控制。该研究对后期进一步开展采煤机电控系统的优化升级设计提供
了重要参考。

Abstract:
As an important system in the shearer,the performance stability of the electric control system is
directly related to the mining efficiency of the coal mining machine and the economic benefits of the
enterprises. The continuous increasing research on the comprehensive performance of the shearer's
electrical control system has become an important direction of current development. Therefore,based
on analysis of the working principle of the electric control system of the shearer,the overall design and
research of the electric control system are carried out from the aspects of the overall scheme of the
electric control system,the CPU core control unit,power module,the remote control program,etc.,and it
is applied to the shearer in Huaibei mining industry. The test results show that the electric control
system runs well,it has more comprehensive functions,and can be used for accurately detecting and
controlling all kinds of state information in the working process of coal machine. This study provides
an important reference for further optimization and upgrading design for the electrical control system
of the shearer.
