摘 要
本次毕业设计的题目是 QC1091E 中型货车驱动桥设计。驱动桥是汽车传动系统的重
要组成部件,通常处于整个传动系统的最末梢,其功用是增大由传动轴或变速器传来的转
矩,将其传给驱动轮并使其具有差速功能。所以中型专用汽车驱动桥设计有着重要的实
际意义。
本次设计中,据当驱动桥的发展状确定了动桥各部的设计方。其
根据本次设计的车型为中型货车,故主减速器的形式采用双级主减速器,而差速器则采
用目前被广泛应用的对称式锥齿轮差速器,其半轴为全浮式支承。在本次设计中完成了
对主减速器、差速器、半轴、桥壳及轴承的设计计算及校核并通过以上计算满足了驱动
项功本设了 CAD2021SolidWorks2020 等对驱
分进行二维和三维设计,再通过三维设计的基础上进行有限元分析。
本设计保持驱动桥有足够的强度、刚度和足够的使用寿命,以及足够的其他性能。并且
在本次设计中力求做到零件通用化和标准化

Design of QC1091E Medium Truck Rear Drive Axle
Abstract
The topic of this graduation design is QC1091E Medium Truck Drive Axle Design.Drive
axle is an important component of automobile transmission system, which is located at the end
of the transmission system,its function is to increase the torque transmitted from the
transmission shaft or transmission to the driving wheel and make it have the differential
function.Therefore, the design of the drive axle of medium-sized special vehicles has important
practical significance.
In this design, according to the development of today's drive axle, the design scheme of
each component of the drive axle is determined.Among them, the model designed according to
this time is medium truck,Therefore, the main reducer is a two-stage main reducer, while the
differential is a symmetric bevel gear differential widely used at present, with its half shaft
supported by full floating.n this design, the design calculation and verification of the main
reducer, differential, half shaft, axle housing and bearing are completed, and the functions of the
drive axle are satisfied through the above calculation. In addition, CAD2021 and
SolidWorks2020 are used to carry out two dimension and three-dimensional design for each part
of the drive bridge, and then conduct finite element analysis based on three-dimensional design.
This design maintains that the drive axle has sufficient strength, stiffness and service life,
as well as sufficient other performance. And in this design, we strive to achieve parts
generalization and standardization.
