ABSTRACT
With the steel industry from the emphasis on crude steel raw material output to now pay
more attention to the progressive development of refined steel material quality, the upgrading
of refining equipment has become the top priority of the whole industry upgrading.The
purpose of this paper is to study the tilting device of the molten steel intermediate tank of the
refining equipment in order to be helpful to the steelmaking industry.
As the connecting mechanism of steelmaking equipment, the middle tank of molten steel

is the key equipment for the transition of steel mills.The basic structure of the tilting device of
the molten steel intermediate tank designed in this paper is composed of a support seat, a
support shaft, an intermediate tank and its hydraulic device, a hydraulic swing driver, a
walking platform and a frame beam.It is one of the effective steps to optimize the process
flow of medium and small steelmaking enterprises to design the mechanism of the
indispensable steel intermediate tank in the steelmaking process.The main reflection of
impurity removal and performance change in the steelmaking process is the molten steel
intermediate tank. We hope to have an in-depth understanding of the steelmaking process by
studying the structure of this part mechanism, and pay attention to the rationality and
practicability of the structure in the design and research process, so as to lay a good
foundation for the upgrading and improvement of this structure.

摘要随着钢铁产业从注重粗钢原料产量到现在更注重对炼制钢材材料品质的逐步发展,对刚才炼制设备的更新成为整个产业升级的重中之重。课题对炼制设备的钢水中间罐倾翻装置的研究是为了能够为炼钢行业有所助益。钢水中间罐作为炼钢设备的衔接机构,是现今炼钢厂的关键过渡装备设备。课题设计的钢水中间罐倾翻装置的基本构成是由支撑座、支撑转轴、中间罐及其液压装置、液压摆动驱动器、走台及框架横梁等组成。对于课题设计的炼钢过程中不可缺少的钢水中间罐的机构,是优化中、小炼钢企业工艺流程的有效环节之一。炼钢过程中的杂质去除和性能变更的主要反映容器就是钢水中间罐,我们对这一部件机构的结构研究是希望对炼钢工艺有深入的了解,设计研究...
