摘要
模具应该是我们现在生活必不可少的一种工业加工器具,随着相应的技术,和整体
的工业水平在一直不断的提升,生产零件的模具无论是在生活还经济上都预显重要,随
着全国大环境及国家提出制造 2025 模具行业更有发展前景。但是模具的发展不光对本行
业影响颇大,其实也对相关行业促进明细,如汽车,家电,五金等,所以因为这些模具
的销量也不少。
我这次设计的冲压模具,从最开始的零件冲压工艺性分析,到模具整体结构的相关
设计,再到工艺拍样计算及零件结构计算,到最后模具的装配和单件出图。在这样一个漫
长而完整的过程中,我将理论学习的知识运用到如何将课题解决中来,通过一步一步寻
寻渐进的完成,已经对未来模具设计工作有了非常深入的了解。
我的这设计课题是模具设计,零件是硅钢片,生产批量为大批量。我需要先通过零件
分析他的冲压可行性。然后排出相应的冲压工艺方案。截止通过理论公式计算出相应的冲
压力,然后核算冲压力选择冲床。最后画出模具整体结构还有相应的零件图,二维加工出,
计算说明书。

The mold can be said is a very important process equipment in modern
industry, however, along with the relevant science and technology continues
to progress, the mold can be said to occupy an increasingly important
position in the national economy, is very superior in recent years and the
prospects for the development of his appearance. Under the rapid development
of these years, the mold manufacturing industry has been helping its high-
speed growth of automobile, electronics and electrical products, and it also
provides a good market for the development of mould.
I designed the stamping die from the initial part stamping process
analysis, to the related design of the mold overall structure, then to the
process patting calculation and parts structure calculation, to the final
mold assembly and single drawing. In such a long and complete process, I
apply the knowledge of theoretical study to how to solve the problem, and
find out the progressive completion step by step. I have a deep understanding
of the future mold design work.
This paper is mainly based on the stamping die design based on as an
example, design and make the stamping process design for stamping parts,
calculate the selection of punching force and process equipment, confirm the
overall design of stamping die, and calculate and design the corresponding
parts. The final complete set of die design and solution
