抓娃娃机结构设计
摘要
本文比较系统的介绍了利用 UG 软件对发条玩具飞机进行设计及建模过程,
介绍了 UG 软件的基本建模方法、工程图的转化和装配体的装配过程等。同时
对 CAD/CAM 技术的发展现状以及未来的趋势进行了分析,确定利用 UG 作为产
品设计的软件基础。针对第一篇论文中提及到的抓娃娃机结构特征对抓娃娃机
的横向传动系统,纵向传动系统,抓具传动系统等三大主要结构进行了设计和
建模,运用了一定的技术手段克服了抓娃娃机建模过程中的诸多难点,形成了
比较完善的抓娃娃机三维模型和成套的工程图纸。

Abstract
This paper systematically introduces the design and modeling process of wind-
up toy aircraft by UG software, introduces the basic modeling method of UG
software, the transformation of engineering drawings and the assembly process of the
assembly. At the same time, the development status and future trend of CAD/CAM
technology were analyzed to determine the use of UG as the software basis for
product design. Mentioned in the first paper to catch doll machine structure to grasp
the doll machine horizontal transmission system, vertical transmission system, grabs
the transmission system such as the three main structure design and modeling, using a
certain technology to overcome the stresses the doll machine many difficulties in the
process of modeling, formed a relatively complete grasp doll machine 3 d model and
a complete set of engineering drawings.
