摘要
筷子加工系统之拉丝机设计及运动仿真是一种能够全自动进行对筷子等竹片进行拉丝
的装备,是智能制造 2025 和工业 4.0 背景下的重要发展产物。现阶段,我国的加工行业还
处于人工体力劳动的初级阶段,大部分工作需要人工操作而不是自动化设备来完成的。为
此,有必要研究并设计出一款可以自动对竹片进行拉丝的机械,满足当前加工行业的需求。
首先研究筷子拉丝机的研究背景及本次设计的主要意义,介绍筷子拉丝机的国内外研
究现状,然后提出筷子拉丝机的基本设计思路和设计理念,对筷子拉丝机进行主要零部件
设计和结构设计,最后,对筷子拉丝机的机械设备进行选型和核心零部件设计,三维建模
并运动仿真达到可加工实际应用的目的。
通过本次毕业设计,锻炼我对 UG 和CAD 制图软件的应用能力和设计制图能力,对大
学这么多年自己的学习成果进行了很好的总结和凝聚,为今后走向工作,实现快速接轨社
会奠定了基础。

Abstract
Chopsticks processing system wire-drawing machine design and motion simulation is
a fully automatic chopsticks and other bamboo wire-drawing equipment, intelligent
manufacturing 2025 and industry 4.0 background is an important development
product.
At present, China's processing industry is still in the primary stage of manual manual
labor, most of the work needs manual operation rather than automated equipment to
complete.
Therefore, it is necessary to research and design a machine that can automatically
wire the bamboo sheet to meet the needs of the current processing industry.
First study chopsticks wire drawing machine the main significance, the research
background and the design of the chopsticks at home and abroad research status of
wire drawing machine, wire drawing machine and then put forward chopsticks, the
basic design idea and design concept, main components of chopsticks wire drawing
machine design and structure design, finally, to chopsticks machinery equipment type
selection of wire drawing machine and core parts design, 3 d modeling and motion
simulation to achieve the purpose of practical application can be processed.
Through this graduation project, I practiced my application ability and design and
drawing ability of UG and CAD drawing software, and made a good summary and
cohesion of my learning achievements in the university over the years, which laid a
foundation for my future work and rapid integration into the society.
