摘 要
本次课题为纸箱封箱机设计，纸箱包装机的设计制作能大幅度地提高生产
效率，加快产品的不断更新；降低劳动强度，改善劳动条件；能节约材料，降
低成本，保护环境；有利于被包装产品的卫生，提高产品质量。本次课题设计
的是纸箱胶带封箱机，采用传送带驱动来进行封箱的方案，上下封箱、经济、
快速、平稳。这种方案在技术上是相当成熟的一种，它被广泛应用于生产实际
中。
这次设计的纸箱封箱机，可以根据纸箱规格，手动调节宽度及高度，可单
机作业，也可与自动化包装流水线配套使用。工作时，当箱体进入工作空间后，
箱体在底部传送带的输送下前进。当箱体运行至刀架位置时，箱体将刀架和前
胶带压轮压退位，而后胶带压轮在四杆机构的作用下与前胶带压轮保持同步运
动而退位，并使前面的胶带与纸箱贴合并封箱。同时根据设备的特殊性，本文
又介绍了其设备的控制方式，及控制原理，进行 PLC 控制及编程，实现自动化
设备功能。

ABSTRACT
Packaging machinery can greatly increase productivity, accelerate constantly
updated products; reduce labor intensity and improve working conditions; energy
saving materials, reduce costs, protect the environment; conducive to health is
packaged products, improve product quality. This topic is designed carton tape sealing
machine, using belt drive for sealing solutions, sealing up and down, economic, fast
and smooth. This approach is technically quite mature one, it is widely used in actual
production.
The design of the carton tape sealing machine, carton size can be adjusted
according to the manual width and height can be stand-alone operation, but also with
supporting the use of automated packaging line. In operation, when the working space
into the box, the box at the bottom of the forward conveying belt. When the tank runs
to turret position, the knife box and press wheel pressure to step down before the tape,
and then push the wheel under the influence of tape four-bar mechanism to keep pace
with the movement of the wheel while pressing the tape before the abdication, and to
the front of the tape Post merger with carton sealing. With forward box, tape
withdrawn continuously sealed in the housing. When the rear of the cabinet to leave

consistent with the movement of the tape pressure roller, and knife by the elastic force
of the spring, reset bouncing off the tape. When the box moves to the left pinch roller
tape, the tape is also due to the pressure roller adjustable spring return action reset, so
that even at the end of the tape on the box is also attached to the box, after the
completion of the task segment sealing . The paper details the design of this step and
sealing machine basis. Including the selection of design options, select the motor,
design workbench components, component design and top-blade design.
