玉米脱粒机说明书
摘 要
我国复原辽阔从而种植面积比较大,对小麦,玉米,水稻的种植面积比较大。尤
其是玉米的种植面积,随着社会的不断发展,人们对于玉米加工后的各种产品特别喜
欢,从而大大的增加了玉米的种植面积。为了提高玉米生产的产品效率和资源的浪费,
针对这一问题本文涉及一个玉米脱粒机解决该问题。这些年随着制造业的不断发展,
社会上不断的涌现出了各种农业生产机械,各种各样的设备都出现在了人们的眼前。
为了提高生产的效率,玉米脱粒机能够大大的提高玉米产品的生产效率,并且在一些
大面积种植玉米的地方,都特别需要这样一个产品。目前社会上已经有一部分的设备
投入使用,但是这些设备都存在一些缺点和不足,其主要就是功能不齐全,自动化程
度低。
本课题主要是对玉米脱粒机,从各个方面进行设计和研究,与社会上已经出现的
设备作比较,针对社会上出现问题的设备进行改善和改进,尽可能的提高其工作效率
和自动化程度。此课题研究的意义可以大大的减少人力资源的浪费,解放劳动人民的
劳动力,节约时间,提高劳动人民的收入。在对该设备进行设计的过程中,我们首先
从设备的工作原理开始,首先是针对设备的核心部件进行分析,主要是针对脱粒装置
进行分析和计算,在该机构上加了一些辅助装备,从而使得其在工作过程中达到更好
的效果。随后根据确定的方案,对于各个部分进行了设计和选型,主要是针对于电机,
传动部分,各个标准零件的选型等,最后对于一些核心零部件进行强度校核和核算,
保证其在工作的过程中能够安全可靠的运行。本设计首先是应用三维软件对各个零部
件进行建模,在建模和组装的过程中发现一些缺点和不足之处,及时能够进行处理和
改进,从而能够直观的对设备进行了解。建模完成之后,对各个零部件进行了工程图
的绘制完了,查阅相关的资料及计算各个内容,最后完成设计说明书的撰写。

Abstract
China's recovery is vast, so the planting area is relatively large, and the planting area of wheat,
corn and rice is relatively large. Especially the planting area of corn, with the continuous
development of society, people like all kinds of products after corn processing, thus greatly
increasing the planting area of corn. In order to improve the product efficiency and waste of
resources in corn production, this paper involves a corn thresher to solve this problem. In
recent years, with the continuous development of manufacturing industry, all kinds of
agricultural production machinery have emerged in the society, and all kinds of equipment
have appeared in front of people. In order to improve the production efficiency, corn thresher
can greatly improve the production efficiency of corn products, and in some places where
corn is planted in large areas, such a product is especially needed. At present, some devices
have been put into use in the society, but these devices all have some shortcomings, mainly
because of their incomplete functions and low degree of automation.
This subject mainly designs and studies the corn thresher from all aspects, compares it with
the equipment that has appeared in the society, and improves and improves the equipment that
has problems in the society, so as to improve its working efficiency and automation degree as
much as possible. The significance of this research can greatly reduce the waste of human
resources, liberate the labor force of working people, save time and increase the income of
working people. In the process of designing the equipment, we first start with the working
principle of the equipment, first analyze the core components of the equipment, mainly
analyze and calculate the threshing device, and add some auxiliary equipment to the
mechanism, so that it can achieve better results in the working process. Then, according to the
determined scheme, each part is designed and selected, mainly for the selection of motor,
transmission part and standard parts. Finally, the strength of some core parts is checked and
calculated to ensure their safe and reliable operation. Firstly, this design applies 3D software
to model each part, and some shortcomings and deficiencies are found in the process of
modeling and assembly, which can be processed and improved in time, so as to intuitively
understand the equipment. After the modeling is completed, the engineering drawings of
various parts are drawn, relevant data are consulted and various contents are calculated, and
finally the design specification is written.
