摘要

随着科学技术地不断进步，机械自动化水平越来越高，花岗岩标准板生产线的应

用也越来也多，作为花岗岩标准板生产线的重要组成部分，标准板自动上下料机构也

需要不断地发展更新，龙门式自动划分上下料机构结构相对简单，工作稳定可靠，既

可以降低生产成本、提高生产线工作效率，也可以减少对人员造成的疲劳损伤。

本课题针对花岗岩标准板生产线中使用的龙门式自动上下料机进行设计针对本次

设计的任务书的要求针对标准石板进行上下料装置的设计，主要针对机械结构设计及

运动的方式，同时主要完成对其方案的主体设计，同时针对本次结构中涉及到的标准

件下进行选择及分析，完成对其设计的整体结构设计完成其中的主要核心零件的选型

及计算分析，通过使用 Solidoworks 软件设计完成对其结构上下料设计的整体结构图，

在设计的过程中不断的对设计进行改进和完善。

Abstract

With the continuous progress of science and technology, the level of mechanical automation is

getting higher and higher, and the application of granite standard plate production line is also

increasing. As an important part of granite standard plate production line, the standard plate

automatic loading and unloading mechanism also needs to be constantly developed and

updated The structure of the gantry-type automatic dividing and unloading mechanism is

relatively simple, and the work is stable and reliable, which can not only reduce the

production cost, improve the work efficiency of the production line, but also reduce the

fatigue damage to the personnel.

This subject is designed for the gantry type automatic loading and unloading machine used in

the granite standard slab production line. According to the requirements of this design task

book, the design of the loading and unloading device for standard slabs is mainly aimed at the

design of mechanical structure and the way of movement. For the main design of the scheme,

at the same time, select and analyze the standard parts involved in this structure, and complete

the overall structural design of the design. Complete the selection and calculation analysis of

the main core parts. Through the use of Solidoworks software design Complete the overall

structure diagram of its structural loading and unloading design, and continuously improve

and perfect the design during the design process.
