摘 要
自动分练系统在整个配送中心有着重要的地位。该系统的先进性影响着整个工
作时的效率，通常情况下一个车间对于所分裂的产品数量是不等的，从而要提高自
动分裂系统的技能，对于整个物流的发送和工作效率有着十分重要的影响。目前在
我们国家的物流公司中，都采用了这种系统为整个物流中心服务，该系统目前已经
被广泛的应用到了各个国家的物流中心上。
本课题针对分拣系统进行设计，完成一种基于 PLC 控制机械臂的分拣装置控制
系统设计，主控部分用 PLC 来实现，具体实施通过控制策略来设定，分析机械臂分
拣装置控制的发展现状和控制流程，PLC 控制系统的主要组成部分，包括硬件系统，
工作原理以及软件部分组成。 PLC 的控制系统主要是根据其设计准则和具体的步骤
进行研发，主要根据机械臂工作时的工作动作以及被控制对象的控制方式进行确定
具体的方案。本文主要是对 PLC 的选型，输入输出口的分配，电路图的绘制以及详
细的介绍做出了分析，对机械臂分拣装置控制的各控制环节进行具体的软件编程。
通过对该分拣站的 PLC 控制系统设计，复习大学期间所学习的设计方面的知识，提
高自身的综合设计能力。

Abstract
The automatic sorting system is very necessary in the distribution center. With very
high efficiency, in general, the number of goods sorted per hour ranging from 6000 to
12000 boxes, it can be said that automatic sorting can improve logistics distribution,
delivery efficiency, one of the important factors. It is also an automatic sorting system
widely used by many national logistics centers. At present, the system has been widely
used in large and medium-sized logistics centers in developed countries.
This topic carries on the design to the sorting system, completes one kind of sorting
device control system design based on the PLC control mechanical arm, the main control
part uses the PLC to realize, the concrete implementation through the control strategy to
set, this paper analyzes the development status and control flow of the sorting device of the
mechanical arm, studies the hardware structure and operation principle of the PLC control
system, as well as the design criteria and steps of the PLC control system, and specifically
analyzes the control flow of the sorting device of the mechanical arm, to determine the
accused, give a concrete implementation plan and comprehensive consideration. The
selection of PLC, distribution of i/o points and integrated electric control are carried out,
and the detailed electric control diagram is given in combination with the application.
Through the design of the PLC control system of the sorting station, review the design
knowledge learned in the university, improve their comprehensive design ability.
