摘 要： 本文重点分析了棒料搬运机器人控制系统设计的组成，并详细叙述了在
以 PLC 为核心的基础上，对西门子 S7-200 PLC 构成的控制系统做了详细阐述。通过制
定目标,设计采用了协同设计与传统设计方法对比、硬件和软件相结合的方法进行研究
设计棒料搬运机器人控制的电气控制系统,控制系统硬件设计部分有 PLCI / O 地址分
配、S7 - 200 接线图；部分软件编程设计编写。该系统采用 PLC 控制电磁阀。可以有效
地简化系统的硬件电路，实现棒料搬运机器人控制的功能。本设计以 PLC 控制为核心，
其硬件由 SIEMENSS7-200PLC 为核心软件编程相结合，达成棒料搬运机器人的控制，
通过设计来实现题目的要求，系统由 PLC、电磁阀、光电开关等组成。

ABSTRACT: This paper focuses on the analysis of rod handling robot
control system design composition, and described in detail on the basis of PLC
as the core, Siemens S7-200 PLC composed of the control system in detail. By
setting the goal, the design adopts the method of comparing the cooperative
design with the traditional design method and combining the hardware and
software to study and design the electrical control system of the rod handling
robot. The hardware design of the control system includes PLCL /0 address
distribution and S7-200 wiring diagram. Part of the software programming
design. The system uses PLC control solenoid valve. It can effectively simplify
the hardware circuit of the system and realize the control function of the rod
handling robot. This design takes PLC control as the core, its hardware is
combined with siemenSS7-200 PLC as the core software programming, to
achieve the control of the rod handling robot, through the design to achieve the
requirements of the subject, the system is composed of PLC, solenoid valve,
photoelectric switch, etc..
