复杂盖板类零件的加工工艺设计与自动编程
摘 要
盖板零件作为比较经典、结构较综合的零件之一,是机械行业中非常常见的零
生活中用处广泛,主要在机械结构中起承重的作用,非常适合作为毕业设计的研究
象。通过研究此零件的加工工艺路线,利用 CAXA 制造工程师实现模拟实体加工,并且
生成的程序可直接用于实际机床,以便提高加工效率。
论文首先对盖板零件的作用喝结构工艺进行了分析,其次对盖板零件的加工工
路线进行设计,包括毛胚以及基面的选用等,并且制定了零件的加工工艺卡和加工
序卡,然后确定零件的毛坯、表面加工方法、加工工序路线以及计算工步的加工参
然后基于 CAXA 制造工程师进行实体建模,设置每个工步的加工参数,最后进行模拟加
工路径,自动生成正确的 G 代码程序并可以导入数控机床直接使用。

Abstract
As one of the more classic and comprehensive parts, the cover plate parts are very
common parts in the mechanical industry, and they are widely used in life, mainly playing a
load-bearing role in the mechanical structure, and are very suitable for the research object of
graduation design. By studying the machining route of this part, CAXA manufacturing
engineers were used to simulate solid machining, and the generated program could be directly
used in the actual machine tool to improve machining efficiency.
Firstly, the role of cover plate parts and the structural process are analyzed, and then the
processing route of cover plate parts is designed, including the selection of blanks and base
surfaces, etc., and the processing process card and processing operation card of the parts are
formulated, and then the blank, surface processing method, processing operation route and
calculation of the processing parameters of the step are determined by the part blank, surface

the step, and then based on CAXA manufacturing engineers for solid modeling, the
processing parameters of each step are set, and finally the processing path is simulated. The
correct G-code program is automatically generated and can be imported into the CNC
machine for direct use.
