21 世纪以来,随着对多功能切制机需求的增加,出现了各种类型的食
品切制机。但是这类型的设备不能满足家庭的多样化需求, 所以急需设计一
用于家庭使用的多功能紧凑型的切制机,以满足目前市场上的巨大需求。
本文设计了一种红薯自动切制机,致力于提高红薯切 制的效率和自动化程
度。设计的重点集中在传动系统设计和切割系统设计。该机构的机械传动 部分是
由电动机,带轮,轴承等机械部件组成,确保切制过程平稳运行,而切制部分则
是针对红薯切制过程中的力学特性和操作需求,设计了一种合理的机械结构 ,该
部分由滚刀和切刀这两个主要部件组成,考虑了红薯形状的不规则性,以 确保切
割过程中的稳定性和精确度。同时通过采用优化的传动装置和稳固的支撑 结构,
保证了切割机械在工作过程中的可靠性和稳定性。本切制机具有工作效率 高,切
制出料稳定,能适应不同的红薯物料大小,根据需求可调整刀具来切制 红薯,得
到所需的红薯制品。具有很好的市场应用价值。

Since the 21st
century, with the
increasing demand for multifunctional
cutting
machines, various types of food cutting machines have emerged. However, this type of
equipment cannot meet the diverse needs of the family, so it is urgent to design a
multi- functional and compact cutting machine suitable for home use to meet the huge
demand in the current market.
In this
paper,
an
automatic sweet
potato cutting machine is designed, which
is committed to improving
the efficiency and
automation of
sweet potato cutting.
The focus of the
design is on
the
drivetrain
design and the cutting system design.
The mechanical transmission part of the mechanism is composed of electric motors,
pulleys, bearings and other
mechanical
parts to
ensure
the smooth
operation
of
the cutting process, and the cutting part is designed for the mechanical
characteristics and operation needs in the process of sweet potato cutting, a
reasonable mechanical structure is designed,
the part
is composed of two main
parts, the hob and the cutter, considering the irregularity of the shape of the sweet
potato, to ensure the stability and accuracy in the cutting process. At the same
time, through the use of optimized transmission device and
stable support
structure,
the reliability and stability
of the cutting machinery in the working
process are ensured. This
cutting machine has high working efficiency,
stable
cutting and discharging,
can adapt to
different sweet potato material sizes, and can
adjust the knife to cut
sweet potatoes according to the needs to obtain the required
sweet potato products. It has a good market application value.
