扬声器内磁盖模具设计
第一章 绪论
随着我国汽车、摩托车、家电等工业的迅速发展,工业产品的外形在满足性
能要求的同时,变得越来越复杂,而这些产品的制造离不开模具,这就要求模
具制造行业以最快的速度、最低的成本、最高的质量生产出模具。为了达到上述
要求,模具企业只有运用先进的管理手段和 CAD/CAM 集成制造技术,才能在
激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地。
模具可以分为多种,如注塑模、冲压模等,随着制造工艺和塑料性价比的提高
冷冲模具在模具行业中占的比重越来越大,,本研究讨论的是一个喇叭磁盖模
具设计的冷冲模具设计,在这过程中充分展示了计算机辅助建模和制造为模具
的集成制造提供了优良的平台。
第二章 冲压工艺分析与确定
2.1冲压件工艺性分析
此工件有落料、冲孔、拉深三个工序,材料为 Q235-A 钢,具有良好的冲压性
能,适合冲裁、拉深,工件结构简单,有 6个φ4mm 的孔,孔与孔、孔与边缘之
间的距离也满足要求;该工件属于较典型圆筒形件拉深,形状简单对称,所有
尺寸均为自由公差,对工件厚度变化也没有作要求。
2.2冲压工艺方案的确定
该工件包括落料、冲孔、拉深三个工序,可有以下三种工艺方案:
方案一: 先落料,后冲孔,最后拉深。采用单工序模生产。
方案二: 先落料-冲孔复合冲压,后拉深。采用复合模和单工序模生产。
方案三: 落料-冲孔-拉深级进冲压。采用级进模生产。
方案一模具结构简单,但需三道工序三副模具,成本高而生产效率低,
以满足中批量生产要求,零件的尺寸和形状不精确,且存在工序分散,劳动
量大,占用设备多。方案二需两道模具,工件的精度及生产效率都较高,满
