小型风力发电机动力结构设计
摘要
垂直轴风力发电机又分为阻力型与升力型,对于以上需求,本论文设计了一款升力型垂
直轴风力发电机,又叫做达里厄型风力发电机,主要结构组成有:风叶,行星齿轮加速器和
电磁离合器。升力型垂直轴风力发电机是由若干截面如翼型的升力叶片产生的升力,来驱动
风车的旋转,此外,还需要行星齿轮来增加转速,把风轮输出的低转速转变为高转速。传统
的水平轴风力发电机由于需要面对风向,但当风向发生变化时就需要调整风机姿态,所以就
需要配备风向仪以及偏航控制装置,以便于调整姿态。但这既增加了结构复杂度以及成本,
作为一种小型的适用户外的风力发电机使用这种装置又是大材小用,所以垂直轴风力发电机
一般不装备偏航控制系统。但为了防止因风力过大,叶轮转速过快,离心力增加而导致的
叶片折断,风机都需配备限速设置。

abstract
Vertical axis wind turbine is divided into resistance type and lift type, for the above
requirements, this paper designed a lift type vertical axis wind turbine, also called Darieu type wind
turbine, the main structure composition is: wind blade, planetary gear accelerator and
electromagnetic clutch. The lift vertical axis wind turbine is a lift generated by several lift blades
with sections such as airfoil to drive the rotation of the windmill. In addition, the planetary gear is
needed to increase the speed and convert the low speed of the wind wheel output to a high speed.
The traditional horizontal axis wind generator needs to face the wind direction, but when the wind
direction changes, it needs to adjust the fan attitude, so it needs to be equipped with the wind
direction instrument and yaw control device, in order to adjust the attitude. But this not only
increases the structural complexity and cost, as a small suitable outdoor wind turbine using this
device is also overqualified, so the vertical axis wind turbine is generally not equipped with yaw
control system. However, in order to prevent the wind is too large, the impeller speed is too fast, the
wind blade breaks and the centrifugal force increases, the fan needs to be equipped with speed limit
setting.
