摘 要
本设计主要研究了如何机械加工发动机汽缸以及设计专用夹具的问题。考虑到汽
缸结构复杂且需要高精度加工,研究致力于优化加工流程和提高加工质量。首先对汽
缸零件进行了工艺分析,确定了关键加工面和基准面,并提出了两个加工方案。在比
较后,选择了方案一,因为它的工序排列合理、生产效率高、经济性好。在夹具设计
方面,设计详细比较了不同夹具方案的优势和局限,最终选择了卧式镗床和立式铣床
的夹具设计方案。这些方案考虑了定位精度、夹紧稳定性和操作便捷性,以确保工件
在加工过程中的精确定位和稳定夹紧。设计还对加工余量、工序尺寸和毛坯尺寸进行
了精确计算,以适应大批量生产的需求。确定切削用量时,考虑了铣削、镗削和钻孔
等关键工序的详细参数,如切削深度、每齿进给量和铣削速度,以实现高效、精准的
加工。夹具精度也进行了分析,评估了影响加工质量的关键因素,并验证了所设计夹
具的加工精度能够满足设计要求。

ABSTRACT
This design mainly studies how to machine the engine cylinder and design the special
fixture. Considering the complex structure of the cylinder and the need for high-precision
machining, the research focuses on optimizing the machining process and improving the
machining quality. Firstly, the process analysis of the cylinder parts was carried out, the key
machining surface and datum plane were determined, and two machining schemes were
proposed. After comparison, the first option was chosen because of its reasonable process
arrangement, high production efficiency and good economy. In terms of fixture design, the
advantages and limitations of different fixture schemes were compared in detail, and finally
the fixture design scheme of horizontal boring machine and vertical milling machine was
selected. These solutions take into account positioning accuracy, clamping stability and ease
of operation to ensure precise positioning and stable clamping of the workpiece during
machining. The design also provides precise calculations for machining allowances, process
dimensions, and blank dimensions to accommodate the needs of high-volume production.
Detailed parameters such as depth of cut, feed per tooth, and milling speed are taken into
account for key operations such as milling, boring, and drilling, to achieve efficient and
precise machining. The accuracy of the fixture was also analyzed, the key factors affecting
the machining quality were evaluated, and the machining accuracy of the designed fixture
was verified to meet the design requirements.
