摘 要
对物料进行精确控制的工业自动化程度不断提高,这是传统输送系统无法满足
现代工业生产对于精确度和稳定性要求的一个重要原因之一。基于此,论文设计了
定步长的液压输送系统以解决这些问题并达到对于物料输送的精确控制需求的目的,
从而在工业生产中得到了广泛的应用与推广。以在提高生产效率和降低生产成本上
取得较好的成绩的并因此被广泛应用于汽车制造等工业领域。
主要对液压输送系统的调研背景及意义作了介绍,并就传统输送系统存在的问
题及设计定步长液压输送系统的必要性作了阐述。接着详细分析了液压输送系统的
工作原理及主要构成部分,并提出了设计定步长输送系统的基本思路与方法。主要
从以下三个方面来阐述。首先介绍了液压输送系统的研究背景和意义,并分析了它
在现代工业生产中所发挥的重要作用。
主要对液压输送系统的控制问题进行调研后提出以定步长输送系统为基础的设
计方案的论文中提出一种以定步长输送系统为基础进行设计通过分析液压控制原理
进行定步长输送方式设计并提出了相应控制策略因此该方法能对输送步长进行精确
控制从而保证输送系统的稳定性和可靠性采用定步长输送方式。
综上所述,本论文设计的定步长液压输送系统具有较高的技术水平和实用性,
为解决工业生产中物料输送精确控制问题提供了一种有效的解决方案。该系统不仅
可以提高生产效率,降低生产成本,还具有较广泛的应用前景和市场潜力。

摘要/Abstract
Abstract
The increasing degree of industrial automation for precise control of materials is one
of the important reasons why traditional conveyor systems cannot meet the accuracy and
stability requirements of modern industrial production. Based on this, this paper designs a
fixed-step hydraulic conveying system to solve these problems and achieve the purpose of
precise control of material transportation, which has been widely used and promoted in
industrial production. It has achieved good results in improving production efficiency and
reducing production costs, and is therefore widely used in automobile manufacturing and
other industrial fields.
This paper mainly introduces the research background and significance of the
hydraulic conveying system, and expounds the problems existing in the traditional
conveying system and the necessity of designing the fixed-step hydraulic conveying
system. Then, the working principle and main components of the hydraulic conveying
system are analyzed in detail, and the basic ideas and methods for designing the fixed-step
conveying system are proposed. It is mainly elaborated from the following three aspects.
Firstly, the research background and significance of hydraulic conveying system are
introduced, and the important role it plays in modern industrial production is analyzed.
Mainly the control problem of the hydraulic conveying system is investigated, and the
design scheme based on the fixed-step conveying system is proposed, and a fixed-step
conveying system is designed on the basis of the paper, and the fixed-step conveying mode
is designed by analyzing the hydraulic control principle, and the corresponding control
strategy is proposed, so the method can accurately control the conveying step, so as to
ensure the stability and reliability of the conveying system, and the fixed-step conveying
mode is adopted.
To sum up, the fixed-step hydraulic conveying system designed in this paper has a
high technical level and practicability, and provides an effective solution for solving the
problem of precise control of material transportation in industrial production. The system
can not only improve production efficiency and reduce production costs, but also has a
wide range of application prospects and market potential.
