摘 要
在农业机械中,机械化也在不断的发展,机动式大豆播种机是对大豆的在
田间进行育种作业的农业的机械。田间育种机械化对农业发展有着极重要的作
用,不仅可以减少农民在进行播种作业的劳动强度,而且还可以满足播深、播
距、播种均匀一致的要求;提高种子的成活率,本文设计机动式播种机。
本文首先分析大豆播种机的现状、分类、播种的技术要求,并深入研究和
详细叙述大豆播种机的总体设计和对关键部位零件的设计,包括播种机的动力
选择,机械传动的选择及尺寸、轴的设计、等其他零部件的设计。该播种机以
直流电动机为动力源,以直流电动机的输出轴提供动力,通过传动部分带动排
种器转动播种,大豆从开沟器落入地表。在设计中考虑播种深度连续可调、种
子破碎率和播种均匀度,使其符合国家标准。设计中在考虑实用的同时,兼顾
经济节约,从而达到结构合理、生产成本低、能耗小、效率高。而且操作方便
的目的。

Abstract
In agricultural machinery, mechanization is also constantly developing, and the
motor soybean seeder is an agricultural machinery for soybean breeding operations in
the field. The mechanization of field breeding plays a very important role in
agricultural development, which can not only reduce the labor intensity of farmers in
seeding operations, but also meet the requirements of sowing depth, sowing distance
and uniform sowing. To improve the survival rate of seeds, this paper designs a
motorized seeder.
This paper first analyzes the status quo of soybean planter, classification, sowing
technical requirements, and in-depth study and detailed description of the overall
design of soybean planter and the design of key parts, including the power selection
of the planter, the choice of mechanical transmission and size, shaft design, and other
parts of the design. The seeder uses DC motor as power source and the output shaft of
DC motor as power supply. Through the transmission part, the seed feeder is driven to
rotate and seed, and the soybean falls to the surface from the ditcher. In the design, the
continuous adjustable sowing depth, seed crushing rate and sowing uniformity are
considered to make it meet the national standard. In the design, while considering
practicality, economic saving is taken into account, so as to achieve reasonable
structure, low production cost, low energy consumption and high efficiency. And for
the purpose of easy operation.
