需要能够快速调整的加工设备,这使液压机成为理想的成型工艺设备。特别是当液压机
系统实现具有对压力、行程速度单独调整功能后,不仅能够实现对复杂工件以及不对称
工件的加工,而且,实现了极低的废品率。这种加工方式还适合于长行程、难成型以及
高强度的材料。可变的动力组合、短的加工时间、根据工件长度的简易的压力行程调整 ,
这与机械加工系统相比,有其优越性。
3150KN 油压机液压系统采用高、低液压泵双液压泵驱动,实现了液压缸快速,工
等工作要求。系统采用电液伺服换向阀来完成对液压缸控制,换向动作灵敏、工作状态
稳定。油压机机身采用标准的四柱式框架结构,整个设备主要由工作台、立柱、导向座
和连接座五部分组成。机身与工作液压缸采用法兰结构,利用螺钉进行固定连接。工作
液压缸的活塞杆与导向座联接成一整体,以立柱为导向进行上下运动,传递压力,以实
现对工件的压制。而且导向座和工作台之间开口距可调,其适用范围更为广泛。液压系
统采用行程开关控制,不仅控制精度高,而且自动化程度也比较高。其动力系统采用泵
站形式,设计成独立单元,放置在主机一侧,不仅缩短设计、制造周期,而且易于通用
化和标准化。

Abstract
With the improvement of people's living standards, the demand for metal pressed and
stretched products is increasing year by year. At the same time, the demand for product varieties
is also increasing. On the other hand, the production batch of products is increasingly shrinking.
In order to adapt to medium and small batch production, processing equipment that can be
quickly adjusted is needed, making hydraulic presses an ideal forming process equipment.
Especially when the hydraulic press system has the function of adjusting pressure and stroke
speed separately, it can not only achieve the processing of complex and asymmetric workpieces,
but also achieve extremely low scrap rate. This processing method is also suitable for materials
with long travel, difficult to shape, and high strength. The variable power combination, short
processing time, and simple pressure stroke adjustment based on the length of the workpiece
have its advantages compared to mechanical processing systems.
The hydraulic system of the 3150KN oil press adopts high and low hydraulic pumps driven
by dual hydraulic pumps, achieving the requirements of fast hydraulic cylinder and work
progress. The system uses an electro-hydraulic servo directional valve to control the hydraulic
cylinder, with sensitive directional action and stable working state. The hydraulic press body
adopts a standard four column frame structure, and the entire equipment is mainly composed of
five parts: workbench, column, guide seat, and connecting seat. The body and working hydraulic
