随着气候变化、城市化进程的加快以及效率需求的提高,除雪车的液压系统设计
面临着诸多挑战。在近年来经济的快速扩张及“一带一路”计划的深入推动下,我国
铁路行业经历了空前的发展。至今,中国不仅拥有全球最广泛的高速铁路网络,还构
建了庞大的铁路体系。铁路网络的快速扩张意味着铁路维护工作量的显著增长,进而
形成了一个巨大的铁路维护市场。尤其在我国的东北和华北地区,严酷的风雪天气对
铁路的运行安全构成了巨大挑战。例如,在内蒙古等地区,风雪导致的铁轨掩埋事故
并不鲜见,这凸显了高效除雪技术的必要性。迄今为止,国内外已经研发出若干种有
效的除雪策略,主要包括机械清雪、化学融雪以及这两者的综合应用。针对这一需求
本项设计创新性地提出了以液压系统为动力核心的解决方案。该方案结合了液压马达
驱动的旋转扫雪装置和液压缸控制的推雪板,既能高效去除铁路上的积雪,又能将雪
向轨道两旁输送,实现一次性清除障碍。与当前市场上存在的除雪车相比,此设计的
能效更高,工作效率更优,完美适应了我国北方地区冬季严峻的除雪需求。

With the acceleration of climate change, urbanization, and the increasing demand for
efficiency, the hydraulic system design of snowplows faces many challenges. In recent years,
with the rapid development of economy and the deepening of the the Belt and Road, China's
railway industry has developed rapidly, and the mileage of railway lines has increased
rapidly. Now China has built and operated the world's largest high-speed railway and the
world's third largest railway network. The increase in railway line mileage means the
continuous increase in railway maintenance tasks, and the market for railway operation and
maintenance is huge. In parts of Northeast and North China, snow and wind disasters are
very serious, such as in Inner Mongolia, where accidents of railway tracks being buried due
to snow and wind disasters often occur. Today, with the development of snow removal
technology, people have summarized several mainstream snow removal methods, but the
most important ones are still three, namely: removing ice and snow using mechanical
methods, removing ice and snow using chemical methods, and removing ice and snow using
comprehensive methods. This design uses hydraulic power as the power source, and utilizes
a hydraulic motor to drive a rolling and sweeping mechanism in conjunction with a hydraulic
cylinder driven baffle snow shovel mechanism. It can not only remove ice and snow, but also
transport it to both sides of the road, achieving a true obstacle clearance in the snow removal
process. The existing snow removal vehicles in the market generally have relatively high
power consumption and low efficiency, which is not in line with the actual situation of
winter snow removal in China. The rail snow removal vehicle in this design has low power
consumption and high efficiency, which can meet the actual needs of winter snow removal in
northern China.
