老年高血压居家用药现状调查及对策研究

摘要:本研究对 100 名老年高血压病患者进行了深入的居家用药现状调查。研究发

现，老年高血压病患者在用药过程中存在用药依从性不理想、用药知识认知不足、药物

选择和剂量调整欠规范以及缺乏有效的用药指导与监督等问题。其中，有部分患者在

未得到医生指导的情况下自行增减药量，且定期监测血压的行为并未得到有效普及。

针对老年高血压病的居家用药存在的问题，提出了优化老年高血压病药物疗法、提高

患者用药知识普及率、加强用药指导与监督等一系列改进对策。其中包括建立和完善用

药管理体系，利用现代化信息技术手段提高患者用药提醒与指导的可达性，推动家庭、

社区与医疗机构的联动机制，以及强化个体化用药理念，充分考虑患者个体差异，实

现精准用药。

Investigation and countermeasure study on the current

situation of home medication in elderly patients with

hypertension

Abstract：With the theme of "investigation and Countermeasure Research on Home

Drug use of senile Hypertension", this study conducted an in-depth investigation on the

current situation of home drug use in 100 elderly patients with hypertension. The study

found that there are some problems in the process of medication in elderly patients with

hypertension, such as poor drug compliance, lack of knowledge of drug use, non-standard

drug selection and dose adjustment, lack of effective medication guidance and supervision

and so on. Among them, some patients increase or decrease the dose without the guidance of

the doctor, and the behavior of monitoring blood pressure regularly has not been effectively

popularized.

This study puts forward a series of improvement countermeasures, such as optimizing

drug therapy for senile hypertension, improving the popularization rate of patients'

medication knowledge, strengthening medication guidance and supervision, and so on. It

includes establishing and perfecting the drug use management system, using modern

information technology to improve the accessibility of patients' medication reminders and

guidance, promoting the linkage mechanism among families, communities and medical

institutions, and strengthening the concept of individualized drug use. fully consider the

individual differences of patients to achieve accurate drug use.
