摘 要
本文主要研究设计 40LCB8-16-0.75 离心增压泵的结构,离心泵是通过叶
轮的旋转,把原动机的机械能传递给液体。液体在离心泵的作用下,从叶轮的进
口流向出口的时,速度和压力都得到提升,从叶轮出来的液体进入压力室,其
中很大一部分的速度能转变成压力能,然后沿着排出管路出去,此时,叶轮进
口处的液体被排除,从而形成了真空或者低压,液体便在液面压力或者大气压
力的作用下进入叶轮中,于是在叶轮的旋转的条件下,开始连续吸入和排除的
工作。
本论文主要研究了离心增压泵的机械设计,介绍了离心增压泵的工作原理
及其主要构件:叶轮、泵体、泵轴、吸水管路、压水管路及其附件和联接体的设计
以及密封环、机械密封、电机键、轴承的选择。
论文分析讲述了 40LCB8-16-0.75 离心增压泵设计结构和工作原理,并根
据泵的设计参数,计算出叶轮、压水室和电机体等水力结构参数。根据安全性与
可靠性,贯彻标准化和规范化,合理确定和选择密封型式、电机形式和各零配件
材料,离心泵采用立式式直联结构,电机通过设计的联接体与离心泵连接在一
起,结构简单紧凑。

Abstract
This thesis mainly studies the structure design of 40LCB8-16-0.75 centrifugal
pump.The centrifugal pump through the rotation of the impeller, as to the motive of
the mechanical energy transfer to the liquid.Liquid in the role of centrifugal pump,
from the impeller inlet flow of exports, velocity and pressure have been improved, the
liquid from the impeller out into pressure chamber, in which a large part of the speed
can be converted into pressure energy and along a discharge line out, at this time,
liquid at the inlet of the impeller are excluded, thus forming a low pressure or
vacuum, the liquid will in the role of surface pressure or atmospheric pressure into
impeller, and under the conditions of rotation of the impeller, began continuous
suction and discharge.
This paper mainly studies the mechanical design of centrifugal pump.Centrifugal
booster pump working principle and main components of the impeller and pump
body, pump shaft, water pipeline, pressure water pipeline and accessories and the
connecting body design and sealing ring, mechanical seal, button machine, bearing
selection are introduced.
The analysis about the 40LCB8-16-0.75 centrifugal booster pump structural design
and working principle of, we calculate the impeller, the hydraulic pressure structure
parameters of the water chamber and a motor body, according to the design
parameters of the pump. According to the safety and reliability, standardization and
implementation of, determine a reasonable and seal type, motor and parts materials,
the centrifugal pump with vertical direct coupled structure, the motor connected
together via the design of the connecting body and the centrifugal pump, simple and
compact structure.
