摘 要
本文主要研究设计 SPP80―65―120 泳池泵的结构，泳池泵是清水离心
泵的一种，是将原动力所做的功转化为被输送液体的压力势能和动能的流体机
械。本论文主要研究了泳池泵的机械设计，介绍了泳池泵的工作原理以及泳池泵
的主要构件：过滤罐、叶轮、泵体、泵轴、联接体的设计以及密封环、机械密封、电
机键、轴承的选择。
论文分析讲述了 SPP80―65―120 泳池泵的结构和工作原理，并根据泵
的设计参数，计算出叶轮、压水室和电机体等水力结构参数。根据安全性与可靠
性，贯彻标准化和规范化，合理确定和选择密封型式、电机形式和各零配件材料
泳池泵采用卧式直联结构，电机通过设计的联接体与泳池泵连接在一起，结构
简单紧凑。

Abstract
This paper designs SPP80- 65- 120water pump,swimming pool water pump is a
kind of centrifugal pump,it is the original power of the work done into the transport of
liquid pressure potential energy and kinetic energy of fluid machinery. This paper
mainly studies the mechanical design of swimming pool pump, and introduces the
working principle of swimming pool pump and the the main components of the
swimming pool, impeller, pump body, pump shaft,connect part,and how to choose
bearing, seal ring, stuffing, motor and the key.
This paper analyses the design process of SPP80- 65- 120swimming pool pump
structure and working principle, and according to the pump design parameters,
calculate the impeller, the pressurized water chamber and a motor body and other
hydraulic parameters. According to the safety and reliability, carry out standardization
and standardization, reasonable determination and selection of seal, motor and various
spare parts materials, swimming pool pump adopts horizontal monoblock structure,
the motor through the design of the connecting body and a swimming pool pump
connected together, simple and compact structure.
