摘 要
本文围绕台盆扶手承重结构的设计及其静力学模拟展开深入研究。首先,针对台盆扶
手在日常使用中的功能需求和安全性能,进行了详细的承重结构设计。在设计中,我们综
合考虑了扶手的承重能力、结构稳定性以及人体工学因素,旨在为用户提供一个既安全又
舒适的使用环境。
随后,为了验证设计的有效性及安全性,本文进一步开展了台盆扶手的静力学模拟
研究。通过构建扶手结构的力学模型,并运用先进的模拟软件进行分析,我们系统地研究
了扶手在不同载荷作用下的应力分布、变形情况以及整体结构的稳定性。模拟结果不仅验
证了设计方案的合理性,还提供了关于结构优化和改进的具体建议。
通过本研究,我们成功设计了一种具有优异承重性能和稳定性的台盆扶手,并通过
静力学模拟验证了其在实际应用中的安全可靠性。这一成果不仅为台盆扶手的设计提供了

Design of load-bearing structure of
washbasin handrail and its static numerical
simulation
Abstract
In this paper, the design and static simulation of the load-bearing structure of the washbasin
handrail are studied in depth. Firstly, according to the functional requirements and safety
performance of the washbasin handrail in daily use, the detailed load-bearing structure design
was carried out. In the design, we have taken into account the load-bearing capacity, structural
stability and ergonomic factors of the handrails, aiming to provide users with a safe and
comfortable use environment.
Subsequently, in order to verify the effectiveness and safety of the design, the static
simulation of the washbasin handrail was further carried out. By constructing the mechanical
model of the handrail structure and using advanced simulation software to analyze it, we
systematically studied the stress distribution, deformation and stability of the handrail under
different loads. The simulation results not only verify the rationality of the design scheme, but
also provide specific suggestions for structural optimization and improvement.
Through this study, we successfully designed a basin handrail with excellent load-bearing
performance and stability, and verified its safety and reliability in practical application through
static simulation. This achievement not only provides an important theoretical basis and practical
guidance for the design of washbasin handrails, but also provides a useful reference and
reference for the optimization of similar load-bearing structures.
In summary, the research results of this paper are of great significance for improving the
