某轿车中央通道冲压模具设计

[摘要] 汽车上使用的各个铸造件的结构都比较复杂，外观尺寸较大，精度要求

较高，并且表面精度控制严格的特点。从而生产这些零件，主要是通过模具对其进

行设计，模具对这些零件的生产起着关键性的作用。

修边、冲孔是汽车覆盖件冲压成形的常用工序。本此设计为应用三维 CAD 软件

CATIA 设计汽车机盖内板修边、冲孔用模具。通过对某车型内板件进行分析，确定

工艺方案。模具的设计过程主要包括三部分：首先对该模具主要成形零件修边镶块

和冲头进行了设计；根据设备的镶块以及冲头的工作特性，对于工作的零件进行设

计。主要是针对于修边的应用到的修边刀刃进行处理，以及另外块选择标准的零

件，以及对一些过载零件的设计以及导向设备的设计，镶块等非标准件的设计。完

成三维结构设计后，利用 UG 的制图功能得到二维图纸。

根据目前社会上已经有的经验和设计思路，利用 ug 软件和 nx 软件对整个设备

进行建模，根据相关的数据对模具模块进行设计以及标准件的选择及最后零件的装

配等工作，对整个设备进行建模可以大大的减少设计的错误，提高生产效率。

Design of stamping die for central passage of a car

[Abstract] Automotive panel is characterized by complex shape ，large structure size, high

precision, high surface quality, so its die design is the key technology which restrict the development of

die industry especially automobile industry.

Trimming and punching is common stamping process used to form Automobile cover panel. This

design is to complete the trimming & punching die for inner hood in UG software. Process program is

determined by analysis the inner hood of one type car. There are three parts in the die design process. At

first the trimming inserts and punches of the die are designed. Then the main parts of the die are

designed according to the characters of the inserts and the punches, including the cutting edge treatment,

the air cushions selection, block and other standard parts design, the safe components and overturn units

design, the guide units layout and other non-standard parts design etc. At last the structure of the casting

is designed, the scrape outflow system are optimized and adjusted.

According to the existing experience and design ideas in the society, ug software and nx software

are used to model the whole equipment. According to the relevant data, mold modules are designed,

standard parts are selected and the final parts are assembled. Modeling the whole equipment can greatly

reduce design errors and improve production efficiency.
